Administrative Requirements

Filing the necessary administrative forms in a timely manner will ensure that all degree requirements are properly satisfied in ample time prior to your intended graduation. Most required forms and related information are available for downloading from the Graduate Programs website.

Forms filed with your Graduate Coordinator are forwarded for additional signatures, in most cases the Associate Dean of Engineering for Research & Graduate Studies (13-266) and the Dean of Research & Graduate Programs (38-154). Students may choose to hand-carry the forms to expedite acquisition of these additional signature.

Note that a minimum B (3.0) average must be maintained in all coursework included in the formal study plan.
